May I assort colors for better price?

Yes you may assort colors to achieve better price. ex. 50 each of Black, Blue, Red, Green, Pink = 250 pcs cost. Use special instructions box to indicate quantity for each color.

  Orders are shipped from Florida, in USA. Via Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless specified otherwise at time order is placed. Actual shipping charges will depend on your location and level of shipping service: Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day.

  We will also ship around the world to places like Australia, Canada, Great Britain, France, Japan. Additional shipping charges will be applied.

Custom Color – Custom Shapes available? 

Need a custom dog tag? We can match dog tag PMS color or create custom shape. Provide Pantone® number and drawing of custom shape. Requires 2500 pcs minimum. Allow 3-4 weeks for production after your art approval.

When will I receive a copy of my invoice and credit card receipt?

-Copies of invoices are emailed within 1 to 2 days after your order is shipped. You may request invoice copy to be faxed or snail mail.

How do I shorten neck ball chains?

Simply cut with basic wire cutter or scissors. Extra connectors are available for sale. #DTA-303
